“Sometimes we fall in love with the story of how we met someone as opposed to falling in love with that person.”

My thought bubble for the week:
“We ARE responsible for what we say and how we say it. We are not responsible for how that person interprets that information.”

Hello PerfectlyFlawed9,
My thought bubble for the week: “Challenge your core beliefs. Our core beliefs dictate the way we perceive things, the way we think, and the way we behave. Core beliefs are shaped through culture, subcultures, environment, experiences, and society. Challenge these beliefs to determine if they are rational and if they even make sense. If your beliefs lead to unhealthy thoughts and unhealthy behaviors then change them.”

Hello PerfectlyFlawed9,
My thought bubble for the week: ” Relationships are investments. We invest our time, money, energy, feelings, and thoughts into them. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves, is my investment an asset or a liability. A relationship that’s an asset enhances your life and a relationship that’s a liability drains your life. How many liabilities are you attached to?”

Hello PerfectlyFlawed,
My thought bubble for the week: ” I hate being trapped in the box of societal norms. A box of repetitive thoughts and repetitive behaviors. How do I get out of this trap that I’ve been conditioned to stay in? I’m screaming let me out I can’t breathe! Please let me out! Then I decide to sit quietly in a compartment within my box to process my thoughts. I’m sitting there thinking, why do I choose to stay trapped in this box of societal norms when I have the choice to live outside the box. I then realize that the first step to getting out of this trap is to change my way of thinking. I need to create my own normal and create the life I want. Staying mentally and behaviorally trapped in the box that society has created is not working for me!”

Hello PerfectlyFlawed9,
My thought bubble for the week: ” Just because someone has an opinion about you doesn’t make it true. If someone has CONDITIONED their mind to think of you in a negative way no matter what you do they will continue to see you that way because it benefits them. Stop caring about what other people think of you because the only opinion that matters is yours. So love yourself, know your worth and remember that we are all perfectly flawed.”

Hello PerfectlyFlawed9,
My thought bubble for the week: “Feelings won’t harm you but the thoughts attached to those feelings can. Learn to process your emotions, feelings, and thoughts in a healthy way.”
