My thought bubble for the week: “As we approach the end of the year let’s reflect on the positive things, the things we are thankful for. Alot of unhealthy thoughts, unhealthy emotions, and unhealthy feelings come from people reflecting on what they don’t have or didn’t have. Stop allowing negative thoughts to be your automatic thoughts. Restructure your thought process, change your mindset, change your perspective, change your way of thinking.
