Hello Perfectly Flawed,
My thought bubble for the week: When we fill our body with unhealthy things and don’t take care of it, our body starts to break down. We start having physical symptoms and health issues. So what happens to our mind when we fill it with unhealthy negative thoughts? It starts to break down. We start feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious, depressed, hopeless, etc. We start having mental and emotional health issues. So just like we work at exercising and eating healthy to be physically healthy; we have to work at filling our mind with healthy and positive thoughts so that we can be emotionally and mentally healthy.
