Hello Perfectly Flawed,

My thought bubble for the week: ” Some people create the chaos, misery, and stress that they’re in. People have to ask the question, what role do I play in my unhappiness? Am I stuck in a cycle of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors? Do I do a lot of negative self-talk that consists of what if, if only, and yeah but statements? When people are consumed with negative thoughts they have to change the conversation they have with themselves. They have to replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Thoughts that encourage and empower not thoughts that discourage and disempower. Be careful how you talk to yourself. Choose to change the conversation, choose to change your way of thinking, and choose to be happy. ”
