My thought bubble for the week: ” Have you worn a mask so long that your face has grown to fit it? Who are you under that mask? Are you insecure, afraid, angry, depressed, confused, or broken? Don’t get better at masking who you really are; instead take the mask off and deal with the real you. Change the negative self-talk to positive self-talk and the unhealthy thinking to positive thinking. Learn to be comfortable in your own skin. Learn to love you!”

Hello Perfectly Flawed,

My thought bubble for the week: ” Some people create the chaos, misery, and stress that they’re in. People have to ask the question, what role do I play in my unhappiness? Am I stuck in a cycle of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors? Do I do a lot of negative self-talk that consists of what if, if only, and yeah but statements? When people are consumed with negative thoughts they have to change the conversation they have with themselves. They have to replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Thoughts that encourage and empower not thoughts that discourage and disempower. Be careful how you talk to yourself. Choose to change the conversation, choose to change your way of thinking, and choose to be happy. ”
