My thought bubble for the week: ” Butterflies have to go through a process of change called metamorphosis before they can transform into the beautiful creatures they are meant to be. When butterflies make that change their behaviors change to adapt to the new creatures they’ve become. Sometimes we have to go through a process of change to become the beautiful healthy thinking beings that we are meant to be.”
