Asset or Liability

Hello PerfectlyFlawed9,

My thought bubble for the week: ” Relationships are investments. We invest our time, money, energy, feelings, and thoughts into them. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves, is my investment an asset or a liability. A relationship that’s an asset enhances your life and a relationship that’s a liability drains your life. How many liabilities are you attached to?”

Core beliefs are shaped through culture, subcultures, environment, experiences, and society. Challenge these beliefs to determine if they are rational and if they even make sense. If your beliefs lead to unhealthy thoughts and unhealthy behaviors then change them.”
